From Fiumicino Airport:

Take the “Leonardo Express” train to reach Roma Termini. Once you get to the station, follow the instructions that lead you to the underground/subway and choose line A direction “Battistini”. Stop in “Ottaviano-S.Pietro” station and get out of the underground/subway. When out, walk through “Viale Giulio Cesare” until the west end of the street. Once you get to the traffic lights, cross “Via Leone IV” and go straight to “Via Candia”.
Turn left on the first cross street to enter “Via Santamaura”. The apartment is located in Via Santamaura 16. You will also notice the Vatican City walls at the end of the street.

From Ciampino Airport:

Take the bus to Anagnina underground/subway station. Then, take line A direction “Battistini” and stop in “Ottaviano-S.Pietro”. Get out of the underground/subway and walk through “Viale Giulio Cesare” until the west end of the street. Once you get to the traffic lights, cross “Via Leone IV” and go straight to “Via Candia”.
Turn left on the first cross street to enter “Via Santamaura”. The apartment is located in Via Santamaura 16. You will also notice the Vatican City walls at the end of the street.

From Roma Termini railway station:

Follow the instructions that lead you to the underground/subway and choose line A direction “Battistini”. Stop in “Ottaviano-S.Pietro” station and get out of the underground/subway. From Roma Tiburtina railway station:

Reach the underground/subway and take line B Laurentina. Stop in Termini station then take line A, direction “Battistini” and stop in “Ottaviano-S.Pietro”. Get out of the underground/subway and walk through “Viale Giulio Cesare” until the west end of the street. Once you get to the traffic lights, cross “Via Leone IV” and go straight to “Via Candia”.

By car:

Drive towards the airport and take the A-1 highway exit to reach “Raccordo Anulare” (Great Ring Junction). Then get out at exit “Aurelia-Città del Vaticano” (Aurelia-Vatican City) and continue driving for 5km circa, entering the city until “Piazza Irnerio”. Once so, keep on driving until you reach “Via Baldo degli Ubaldi”. Drive all the way through until “via Angelo Emo”. Enter the street and drive straight until Via Candia. Once in, keep on driving on the right side of the street and turn right to enter “Via Mocenigo”. Follow through, and once in “Via Sebastiano Veniero”, go on and take the second cross street, our “Via Santamaura”. The address is Via Santamaura 16.

You can find the closest paid car park in the underground area of “Mercato rionale Trionfale”. To reach it, once entered "via Candia," you have to turn to the third road on the left (Via Tunisi ") and you will find the grand building of the Mercato rionale Trionfale on your right with the car park entrance.
